Facebook hit with two antitrust lawsuits - Protocol: It's the most aggressive action against a major tech company in decades.

We're reviewing the complaints & will have more to say soon. Years after the FTC cleared our acquisitions, the government now wants a do-over with no regard for the impact that precedent would have on the broader business community or the people who choose our products every day.




It is abundantly clear the government, AKA. FTC can change it's mind at any time.

Now the FTC wants to reverse several prior decisions regarding Facebook's acquisition of Instagram and Whatsapp.
